YAY!!! I have been doing pretty well this week (despite the cravings for Krispy Kreme) I even had a really good salad for lunch one day. Now, I just have to do more exercising.

i've always heard that about whitecastle burgers but i've never had one. just about anything beats mcdonalds tho.

Honey....cardboard beats McDonalds....I have been trying to break my child of that horrible habit!
