YAY!!! I have been doing pretty well this week (despite the cravings for Krispy Kreme) I even had a really good salad for lunch one day. Now, I just have to do more exercising.

The closest Krispy Kreme store is a good little drive away, and the grocery store/gas station ones just don't taste the same, so I was able to resist pretty easily.

You need to go to Krispy Kreme when the donuts are hot and fresh out of the oil. The icing melts on and with a good cup of coffee there is nothing else in the world like it...mmmmmm!

I just had a donut-gasm :D

Actually, a few opened up around here, lasted a year or so, and then went out of business. The one closest to me is a bank now! LOL

I'll take Dunkin' Donuts, though I seldom eat donuts...

With all the sugar and other stuff in the cake, the carrots are only recognizable because of the color :D

I could live with that. It's more an herb than a vegetable...
